LIN Center for Community Development ("LIN", "we," "us") provides the Site at URL : http://www.LINvn.org (the "Site"). Any services provided to the users on the Site, including but not limited to the match between volunteers and the volunteer organizations shall be defined as the "Services." The following is the terms and conditions (the "Terms") for the use of the Services by the user of the Services, whether a volunteer or an organization looking to post their information on the Site. Please read them carefully. By signing a printed version of a form containing the following, or clicking "accepted" at the end of these Terms, whether you are a volunteer or you are the volunteer organization, you agreed that your access to and use of the Site and the Services is subject to the Terms listed below and any other terms and conditions that may be contained in the Site.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITES
You agree not to use the Services to : (a) violate any local, state, national or international law; (b) stalk, harass or harm another individual; (c) collect or store personal data about other users; (d) impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; and (e) interfere with or disrupt the services or servers or networks connected to the Services, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of copy, sell, resell exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Services.
But you agree only to use the Services for charitable purposes only in association with the goals and aims of LIN.
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We may modify or vary any of the terms and conditions at any time. We will however, give notice of any variation to these terms and conditions by posting a notice on the Site. Your continuous use of the Site after the posting of such notice will constitute your acceptance to the variation or modification as mentioned therein.
PRIVACY
We have a duty to keep confidential of all the personal information that you have provided to us. You will have the right to access and correct any personal data that is held by us by requesting any such correction.
THIRD PARTY CONTENT AND MONITORING
We are a distributor and publisher of content supplied by users of the Services and by other third parties. Accordingly, we have no editorial control over such content. Any services, offers, or other information or content expressed or made available by third parties, including information provided by other users of the Services, are those of the respective author(s) or distributor(s) of that information and not of us. We neither endorse nor are responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, information, or statement made on the Services by anyone. You are solely responsible for content you provide to us to be published on our Site through our data entry forms ("Your Content"), and we act as a passive conduit for the distribution, publication and procedures of Your Content. However, we reserve the right to remove Your Content if we believe Your Content may create liability for us whether legal or otherwise. You hereby grant to us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right, sub licensable through multiple tiers of sublicensees, to exercise all copyright rights with respect to Your Content in any media now known or not currently known. The foregoing does not apply to content contained on hyperlinked pages or any other content you do not submit to us.

Our provision of a link to any other site or location is for your convenience and does not signify our endorsement of such other site or location or its contents. We will not be liable for any information, software, or links found at any other website, Internet location, or source of information, or for your use of such information.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
You expressly agree that use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We, LIN Center for Community Development, expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in particular, we do not make any warranty as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained from the use of the Services or whether any defect has been corrected. You understand and agree that any material and/or information downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Services is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer services or loss of data that results from the download of such material and/or information. Furthermore, any content and dealings you and any volunteer organization posted on our Site is a matter solely between you and such organization and we are not responsible for making any queries about or verifying any information about such organization. Furthermore, LIN is not in any way responsible to any losses that may cause to the volunteer by attending any functions, meetings or volunteer work that is organized by such organizations. LIN is not liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses suffered by you or claims made against you in relation to your use of the Site or the use of the Services. You will also agree not to make any claim against any of the organizations posted on our Site without any prior consultation with us. LIN makes no warranty regarding any dealings with or transactions entered into with any third parties through the Services. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from LIN or through the Services shall create any warranty not expressly made herein.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You understand that to the extent permitted under applicable law, in no event will LIN Center for Community Development or its officers, employees, directors or affiliates be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your (or access to the Services as your) use of the Services.

The copyrights of the content of the Services ("Our Content"), including, but not limited to, the text, databases, software, code, music, sound, photos, and graphics, is owed by LIN under Vietnam and international copyright laws and is under the protection of to other intellectual property and proprietary rights and laws.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Vietnam.
