Betsye Moon Park has recently been appointed Executive Advisor for LIN. She began with LIN as Executive Consultant and has since served on the Board of Advisors since 2015 as chair of the Finance Committee.

Ms. Park has served as General Manager of Asia Music & Performing Arts Education, and established teacher training programs and built partnerships with schools to bring high quality arts programming to children across HCMC. Prior to that, Ms. Park led ILA's CSR Department (ILA Community Network) as Director, helping create sustainable programming for disadvantaged children in the communities in which ILA operates. Ms. Park moved to Vietnam in 2009 to work for Mekong Capital, a private equity firm, where for four years she managed its finance and human resources departments. Prior to that, Ms. Park was in Chicago, IL, USA, where she worked for The Joffrey Ballet for four years as Finance Manager. Prior to her work at the Joffrey Ballet, Ms. Park earned her Master's degree in Arts Management from Columbia College Chicago, and worked for various non profits in Chicago.

FOUNDER AND STRATEGIC ADVISOR / PRO BONO

As strategic advisor at LIN, Dana is responsible for setting the course for the organization, which includes strategic planning, capacity building and relationship building. Prior to setting up LIN, Dana worked with NPOs in Latin America (U.S. Peace Corps), the U.S. (Metro Chicago Information Center) and Vietnam (U.S.-Vietnam Trade Council & Education Forum) focusing on international relations, community economic development and public policy.

Dana has a B.A. from Northwestern University, a Masters in Public Policy from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) and a Certificate in Grantmaking and Foundations from NYU's School for Continuing and Professional Studies.

DEPUTY DIRECTOR & NPO SERVICES CO-ORDINATOR

Pham Truong Son is responsible for maintaining relationships with local NPOs and managing LIN's activities and programs. Son is a skilled communicator and community organizer with over 10 year experience working with youth, children and vulnerable populations in Vietnam with a specialization in HIV/AIDS issues. Son studied English at Social Science and Humanity University and graduated in Program Management at the Asia Institute for Management in the Philippines.

DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMS

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Truc is Director of Programs at LIN Center for Community Development. She has diverse experience in journalism, volunteer management and nonprofit capacity building. Truc joined LIN since 2010, being inspired by its mission to help local people meet local needs.

At LIN, she initiated and coordinated programs that bring professionals and nonprofit staff together to build OD skills for the nonprofits and leverage corporate community engagement. She earned an MSc in Organizational Development and Change in Ireland in 2015 and is currently administering LIN's various programs to support community philanthropy in Vietnam.

FINANCE MANAGER

Thao has joined the team from September 2017 as the Finance Manager. In this role she leads all financial matters, including accounting and reporting, cash management and forecasting, and internal audit. Prior to come with Lin, She had nearly 10 years of financial management experience within NPO sector. Working as a finance lecturer early in 2010 gave her a chance to deepen her abilities of presentation and analysis as well.

Thao earned her Master Degree in Finance and Accounting from Banking University of HCMC. Others describe her as professional, sensitive to the needs of others, a positive thinker and detail-oriented.

Yen Phuc was a founding member of Action for Wildlife Organization (AWO), a nonprofit partner of LIN since 2009. Phuc has been a supporter and friend to LIN in many ways and most recently led the volunteer team to organize the very successful Narrow the Gap Community Day "My Village, My Vision 20 years from now". We are excited to welcome Phuc as our Grants Coordinator and we are fortunate to have someone with so much energy, enthusiasm and skills to the team.
