With over 15 years of experience in nonprofit management and community development, Ms. Nguyen provides strategic leadership and oversees LIN's overall operations and growth strategy. She has been instrumental in expanding LIN's impact across Vietnam.

Mr. Tran supports the Executive Director in strategic planning and oversees program implementation across all departments. With 12 years in the development sector, he ensures alignment with LIN's mission and objectives.

Ms. Le oversees the design and implementation of LIN's capacity building programs for NPOs, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of Vietnam's nonprofit sector. She has developed over 50 training modules for local organizations.

Mr. Pham manages LIN's skilled volunteer matching program, connecting professionals with NPOs to build organizational capacity. He has successfully matched over 200 volunteers with 50+ organizations.

Ms. Tran oversees LIN's signature grant-making program, managing the entire grant cycle from application to impact assessment. She has facilitated over 47 community grants since joining LIN.

Mr. Nguyen oversees LIN's daily operations, facility management, and administrative systems. He ensures our community center provides an optimal environment for NPOs and partners.

Ms. Hoang manages LIN's financial operations, ensuring transparency, accountability, and sustainable financial management. She oversees budgeting, reporting, and compliance.

Ms. Tran leads LIN's communications strategy, sharing our impact stories and building awareness about strategic philanthropy in Vietnam through digital and traditional media.
